Initial screening
We review basic criteria — property type, size, location, amenities and style — to make an initial assessment.
Step 03
Hospitality conversation
We have a video or in-person conversation to understand your experience and values as a host, and to assess your fit with our community.
Step 04
Property assessment
An on-site visit to assess the interior, exterior, garden, pool and the overall comfort and presentation of your home.
Step 05
Photo and imagery review
We review the availability of high-quality, authentic photography. Optionally, we can arrange a professional photography package for consistency across our collection.
Step 06
Checklist review
All aspects — interior, exterior, amenities, hospitality, safety and guest experience — are assessed against our quality criteria.
Step 07
Decision and invitation
Approved properties are invited to become part of Dordogne Collection.
Step 08
Ongoing quality assurance
We carry out annual check-ins, photo updates and guest feedback reviews to ensure consistent quality.
