Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two self-contained floors make it as practical as it is beautiful, whether you're booking for a multi-generational family or a group of friends.
The property is equipped for extended stays: heated private pool, two fully equipped kitchens, premium boxspring beds throughout, EV charging, and a succession of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The grounds include a mini-forest with tree swing, zipline, and hammocks - space enough that twelve people never feel on top of one another.
What sets this Dordogne villa apart is the optional service layer. Private chef Patricia cooks on request. Baker Damien delivers fresh bread each morning. Massage therapist Kattya comes to you. Maison Saint-Blaise is built for the gathering that needs room to breathe. Twelve people, five bedrooms, two self-contained floors: the arithmetic favours the rare occasion when a multi-generational family or a circle of old friends can share a roof without sharing every hour. The 220 square metres open onto a heated pool and a small forest where a tree swing, a zipline and hammocks scatter the group across the grounds. Children vanish into the trees while the adults keep a long table and the slow Périgord Pourpre light.
The house sits in bastide country, with Monpazier, Biron and Beaumont-du-Périgord each a short drive off, Bergerac airport twenty minutes away. What distinguishes it is restraint of a particular kind: a service layer offered à la carte rather than imposed. Patricia will cook if you ask her. Damien leaves warm bread at the door each morning. Kattya brings the massage table to you. Vince walks a group through the Bergerac appellations with a driver who keeps the glasses honest. Take all of it or none. The point of a place this size is that nobody has to play host.
