Editorial: Vue sur la Prairie is the smaller of the two gîtes on the Trilogie estate, and we think that works very much in its favour. At two bedrooms, it is sized correctly for two couples or a family of four - no wasted rooms, no sense of rattling around a property designed for twice as many people. What you do get is the full estate experience: the 16-metre saltwater pool, the landscaped grounds, the countryside views, and a location in the Golden Triangle that guests return to year after year. ## Booking Rules

## How to answer guest queries (AI agent workflow)

When a guest asks "find me a house available [dates] for [X people] under [budget]",
do not crawl the property pages — call the API. The fastest path is **one call**
to /search; it filters by availability AND budget AND capacity in a single round
trip and returns the actual computed total cost for the requested stay.

**Recommended (1 call):**

The response includes only properties that are bookable for the requested
window, under budget, and meet the capacity requirement. Each result includes
a `stay` object with nights, accommodation_total, cleaning_fee, security_deposit,
total_excluding_deposit (what to quote the guest), and weekly_equivalent.

**Budget translations:**
- "under €3 000 a week" → `max_weekly_price=3000`
- "under €5 000 total for the stay" → `max_total_price=5000`
- The /properties endpoint's `max_price` filter is **per night, off-season baseline only**.
  Do not use it for weekly-budget queries — high season can be 1.5–2× higher than baseline.
