La Trilogie D'or

La Trilogie D'or is a private hilltop estate in the Dordogne's Golden Triangle - the historic heart of the Périgord Noir, where the medieval châteaux of Castelnaud and Beynac face each other across the river, and the UNESCO-listed cave systems of the Vézère Valley are within easy reach. Composed of two fully independent gîtes - Vue sur le Vallon (three bedrooms) and Vue sur la Prairie (two bedrooms) - the estate sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with each household retaining its own living space, fully equipped kitchen, and private terrace. This is not a large villa where everyone shares a front door; it is a format designed for groups who want to be genuinely together and genuinely apart, at will.

The estate's signature feature is a 16-metre heated saltwater pool - one of the largest and most exceptional private pools in the Périgord Noir. Set within professionally landscaped grounds, it is surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor showers, and alfresco dining areas, and the heated season runs well into September. Both gîtes have been carefully restored to preserve original stone and timber detailing while meeting contemporary expectations of comfort and quality.
